How to cook deliciously - Breakfast Sliders

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 375°F. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, green onions and pepper until very well blended.

2. Stage

Pour the egg mixture into the hot skillet. Cook and stir the eggs until they’re thickened and no liquid egg remains. Immediately remove from heat. Editor’s Tip: There are so many ways to do this, but here's how we like to cook scrambled eggs for the fluffiest eggs possible.

3. Stage

Spread the cream cheese evenly over all the bagel bottoms. Place the bagels (cream cheese side up) in a greased 13x9-inch baking dish.

4. Stage

Layer each bagel with one cheese piece.

5. Stage

Place the pieces of Canadian bacon on top, too.

6. Stage

Spoon the scrambled eggs over the tops.

7. Stage

Layer the eggs with the remaining cheese pieces.

8. Stage

Arrange the eight strips of cooked American bacon on top.

9. Stage

Place the bagel tops back on.

10. Stage

In a small bowl, stir together the melted butter, maple syrup and garlic powder.

11. Stage

Using a pastry brush or a spoon, brush the glaze onto the bagel tops.

12. Stage

Sprinkle the tops with the everything seasoning blend.

13. Stage

Bake the breakfast sliders until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is melted, 12 to 15 minutes.
