2. 1 small onion, chopped -
3. 1/2 cup chopped celery -
4. 3 cups frozen chopped broccoli, thawed -
5. 1 jar (8 ounces) cheese dip -
6. 1 can (10-1/2 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted -
7. 1 can (5 ounces) evaporated milk -
8. 3 cups cooked rice -

How to cook deliciously - Broccoli Rice Casserole

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 325°F. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat and add the onions, celery and broccoli. Cook, stirring until the veggies are crisp-tender, three to five minutes.

Next, stir in the cheese dip, soup and milk, combining everything until it's nice and smooth.

Spoon the cooked rice into a greased 8-inch square baking dish, and pour the cheese mixture over the rice, but do not stir. Bake the casserole, uncovered, until bubbly, 25 to 30 minutes. Divvy up the casserole between serving bowls, top with your favorite garnishes and dig in!
