1. Olive oil, divided - 2 tablespoons
2. Chicken tenders, cut into small pieces - 1 (16 ounce) package
3. Ranch dressing mix - ½ (1 ounce) package
4. Cracked black pepper to taste (Optional) - 1 pinch
5. Salted butter - 1 tablespoon
6. Shallot, thinly sliced - 1
7. Flatbread pizza crusts (such as Stonefire® Artisan Flatbread) - 2
8. Hot buffalo wing sauce - ¼ cup
9. Finely shredded mozzarella cheese - 1 cup
10. Pickled banana pepper rings - ¼ cup
11. Gorgonzola cheese crumbles - ½ cup

How to cook deliciously - Buffalo Chicken Flatbread Pizza

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).

Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken, sprinkle with ranch dressing mix, and season with cracked pepper. Cook and stir until no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, 5 to 8 minutes.
