1. Cream cheese - 1 ½ (8 ounce) packages
2. Ranch dressing mix - 1 (1 ounce) envelope
3. Shredded rotisserie chicken - 1 ¾ cups
4. Sour cream - 1 ½ cups
5. Cooked and chopped bacon (about 12 slices), plus more for garnish - 1 cup
6. Sliced scallions (from 2 large scallions), plus more for garnish - ½ cup
7. Black pepper - ½ teaspoon
8. Shredded sharp Cheddar cheese, divided - 1 ¾ cups

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
