Ingredients for - Cabbage Pasta

1. 2 cups uncooked fine egg noodles -
2. 3/4 pound bacon strips, diced -
3. 1/2 medium head cabbage, thinly sliced -
4. 1/4 teaspoon salt -
5. Dash pepper -

How to cook deliciously - Cabbage Pasta

1. Stage

Cook the egg noodles according to the package directions. Once cooked, drain them and set them aside.

2. Stage

In a large skillet, cook the diced bacon over medium heat until crisp. Using a slotted spoon, remove it to paper towels, then drain the skillet, leaving 3 tablespoons of bacon drippings in the pan.

3. Stage

Add the cabbage to the drippings in the skillet. Cover the skillet and cook on low for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is tender.

4. Stage

Add the drained noodles to the cabbage. Stir in the cooked bacon, salt and pepper, then mix until well combined and heated through. Transfer to a serving dish and serve immediately.
