1. 1 box yellow cake mix -
2. 1 tsp. cinnamon -
3. 1/3 c. butter, melted -
4. 1/3 c. apple cider -
5. 1 c. caramel dip -
6. 1 c. graham crackers, crumbled -
7. 2 c. diced apples -
8. 1 tsp. cinnamon -

How to cook deliciously - Caramel Apple Cake Bars

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350°.

2. Stage

Make the dough: Combine cake mix, cinnamon, butter, and cider, stirring until it forms a pliable dough. Divide dough in half, setting one half aside and pressing the other half onto the bottom of a 9"-x-9" baking dish lined with parchment paper. (If you don't have parchment paper, grease the bottom and sides of the pan with butter.)

3. Stage

Make the center: Pour caramel dip on top of dough, then sprinkle on graham crackers.

4. Stage

Toss apples with cinnamon, then sprinkle on top of the caramel layer.

5. Stage

Flatten discs of remaining dough with your hands and place on top of the caramel layer, covering as much of the caramel as possible. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the cake has turned golden and a toothpick inserted into the top cookie layer comes out with just a few crumbs (no gooey batter). Serve warm.
