1. Frozen puff pastry shells - 1 (10 ounce) package
2. PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened - 4 ounces
3. Milk, divided - 1 cup
4. JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding - 1 (3.4 ounce) package
5. Granny Smith or Red Delicious apple, chopped - 1
6. Caramel ice cream topping - 3 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Caramel Apple Mini Cheesecakes

1. Stage

Heat oven to 425 degrees F.

2. Stage

Bake pastry shells as directed on package; cool.

3. Stage

Meanwhile, beat Neufchatel and 1/4 cup milk with mixer until blended. Add dry pudding mix and remaining milk; beat 2 min. Refrigerate until ready to use.

4. Stage

Remove top and doughy center from each pastry shell; discard removed pastry. Fill shells with pudding mixture; top with apples and caramel topping. Serve with pastry tops.
