1. 1 pound ground beef -
2. 1 teaspoon onion powder -
3. 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt -
4. 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper -
5. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese -
6. 1/2 cup mayonnaise -
7. 1/4 cup ketchup -
8. 2 teaspoons dill or sweet pickle juice -
9. 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce -
10. 8 flour tortillas (6 inches) -
11. 1-1/4 cups shredded lettuce -
12. 1 medium tomato, chopped -
13. 1/4 cup chopped dill or sweet pickles -

How to cook deliciously - Cheeseburger Tacos

1. Stage

In a large skillet over medium heat, crumble the beef and cook until no longer pink, about 6 to 8 minutes. Drain. Next, stir in onion powder, salt and pepper. Sprinkle the top with cheese; cover and let stand until cheese is melted.

Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine mayo, ketchup, pickle juice and hot pepper sauce. Divide beef mixture among warmed tortillas. Top with lettuce, tomato, pickles and sauce.
