2. 1 bag refrigerated shredded hash brown potatoes -
3. 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese -
4. 1 c. sour cream -
5. 1 medium onion -
6. 1/4 c. butter or margarine -
7. 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper -

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly spray a 13- by 9-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Cut sausage into 1/2-inch cubes. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
