1. 3/4 lb. Italian pork sausage -
2. 10 c. Swanson® Chicken Stock -
3. 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper -
4. 2 medium carrots -
5. 1 stalk celery -
6. 4 oz. dried pinto beans -
7. 4 oz. dried navy beans -
8. 4 oz. dried kidney beans -
9. 6 sun-dried tomatoes in oil -
10. Grated Parmesan cheese -

How to cook deliciously - Hearty Mixed Bean Stew with Sausage

1. Stage

Cook the sausage in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat until it's well browned, stirring often to separate meat. Pour off any fat.

2. Stage

Stir the sausage, stock, black pepper, carrots, celery and beans in a 5-quart slow cooker.

3. Stage

Cover and cook on LOW for 7 to 8 hours (Or on HIGH for 4 to 5 hours).

Stir in the tomatoes. Cover and cook for 1 hour or until the beans are tender. Sprinkle with the cheese.
