2. Minced garlic - 2 tablespoons
3. Cauliflower, separated into florets - 1 large head
4. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 1 large head
5. Grated Parmesan cheese - ⅓ cup
6. Chopped fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (220 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish.

Roast in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
