Salad with celery, apple and cabbage

1 . Stage

Finely chop the green apple. I don't recommend grating them: the effect is different, the taste is completely different.

2 . Stage

Cut the celery into thin washers.

3 . Stage

Cut the onion into quarter rings.

4 . Stage

Cabbage, if large, chop with a knife.

5 . Stage

Finely chop the cilantro.

6 . Stage

Mix everything, add oil, stir, check for flavor, if necessary - adjust: add a little cabbage juice, lemon juice, sesame oil. In short, to your liking.

7 . Stage

Let the salad stand for a while, stir again - and serve.
