Ingredients for - Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower

1. Cauliflower - 1 (3 pound)
2. Water, or as needed - ¼ cup
3. Mayonnaise - ¾ cup
4. Grated Parmesan cheese - ¼ cup
5. Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
6. Chopped fresh chives - 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees F).

2. Stage

Cut off leaves and bottom core from cauliflower. Place in a shallow microwave-safe baking dish and add about 1-inch water.

3. Stage

Microwave on high for 8 minutes. Drain.

4. Stage

Stir together mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, and garlic in a small bowl until combined. Spread all over cauliflower.

5. Stage

Bake in the preheated oven until tender and golden brown, 15 to 20 minutes. Sprinkle with chives to serve.
