1. Mayonnaise - ¼ cup
2. Mustard - ¼ cup
3. Cayenne pepper - 1 pinch
4. Cuban bread - 1 (8 ounce) loaf
5. Swiss cheese - 8 slices
6. Smoked fully-cooked ham - 6 thin slices
7. Cooked pulled pork, heated - 1 ½ cups
8. Dill pickle, sliced thinly lengthwise - 1 large
9. Butter, or as needed - 2 tablespoons

1. Stage

Mix mayonnaise, mustard, and cayenne together in a bowl to make sauce. Dotdash Meredith Food Studios

Trim off ends of bread. Cut loaf in half and evenly split bread to make tops and bottoms of two sandwiches. Dotdash Meredith Food Studios

Spread each half on both sides generously with mayo-mustard sauce. Dotdash Meredith Food Studios
