Ingredients for - Baked Crab Cakes

1. Cooked jumbo lump crabmeat, drained and picked over for shells - 1 pound
2. Mayonnaise - 4 teaspoons
3. Dry bread crumbs - 4 teaspoons
4. Dry mustard - 1 ½ teaspoons
5. Seafood seasoning (such as Old Bay®) - 1 ½ teaspoons
6. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 1 ½ teaspoons
7. Egg, beaten - 1 large

How to cook deliciously - Baked Crab Cakes

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).

2. Stage

Gently fold crabmeat, mayonnaise, bread crumbs, mustard, and seafood seasoning together in a large bowl, being careful not to overshred crabmeat. Season with salt and pepper. Gently fold in egg. Form mixture into 4 large patties and place on a baking sheet.

3. Stage

Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 20 minutes.
