Ingredients for - Baked Crab Cakes

1. Cooked jumbo lump crabmeat, drained and picked over for shells 1 pound
2. Mayonnaise 4 teaspoons
3. Dry bread crumbs 4 teaspoons
4. Dry mustard 1 ½ teaspoons
5. Seafood seasoning (such as Old Bay®) 1 ½ teaspoons
6. Salt and ground black pepper to taste 1 ½ teaspoons
7. Egg, beaten 1 large

How to cook deliciously - Baked Crab Cakes

1 . Stage

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).

2 . Stage

Gently fold crabmeat, mayonnaise, bread crumbs, mustard, and seafood seasoning together in a large bowl, being careful not to overshred crabmeat. Season with salt and pepper. Gently fold in egg. Form mixture into 4 large patties and place on a baking sheet.

3 . Stage

Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 20 minutes.
