2. White sugar ¾ cup
3. Vinegar ⅓ cup
4. Grated onion ⅓ cup
5. Poppy seeds 1 teaspoon
6. Mustard ½ teaspoon
7. Salt 1 pinch
8. Green leaf lettuce, chopped, or more to taste 1 head
9. Grated Swiss cheese 2 cups
10. Chopped cashews 1 cup
