How to cook deliciously - Poltava dumplings

Pour kefir into the dishes and crush the flour on top. Without stirring, pour baking soda from the top onto the flour and add it, then sprinkle with flour again and now mix. Next, add so much flour so that you can knead the dough with your hands. But try to put less flour, then the dumplings will turn out more magnificent.

And so, knead the dough. We divided it into several parts, so it will be easier to cut the dough into dumplings. Cut the knife into strips, and then into squares.
