3. 12 oz. fresh chorizo -
4. 6 oz. slab bacon -
5. 12 oz. skinless, boneless chicken thighs -
6. 2 red bell peppers -
7. 8 oz. Oaxaca cheese or mozzarella cheese -

How to cook deliciously - Chicken Alambre

1. Stage

Heat the oil on a large griddle. Add the bacon and chorizo and cook over high heat, stirring, until browned in spots, 5 minutes. Add the chicken and cook, stirring, until cooked through.
