1. 1/2 c. Pace® Picante Sauce -
2. 3 tbsp. honey -
3. 2 tbsp. lime juice -
4. 1 tbsp. vegetable oil -
5. 3 c. fresh spinach leaves -
6. 2 c. cubed cantaloupe -
7. 1 large avocado -
8. 1/4 c. toasted slivered blanched almonds -

How to cook deliciously - Avocado-Melon Salad and Picante Honey Dressing

1. Stage

Beat the picante sauce, honey, lime juice, and oil in a large bowl with a fork or whisk.

2. Stage

Add the spinach, cantaloupe and avocado and toss to coat. Sprinkle with the almonds. Serve immediately.
