Ingredients for - Pre-Game Paella

1. 1 tbsp. vegetable oil -
2. 2 c. uncooked regular long-grain white rice -
3. 4 c. Swanson® Chicken Stock -
4. 1 c. Pace® Chunky Salsa -
5. 1 tsp. turmeric -
6. 1 package turkey kielbasa -
7. 12 small frozen peeled, deveined, cooked shrimp -
8. 1 package refrigerated fully cooked chicken breast strips -

How to cook deliciously - Pre-Game Paella

1. Stage

Heat the oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium heat. Add the rice and cook for 30 seconds, stirring constantly. Stir the stock, salsa, and turmeric in the skillet and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 15 minutes.

2. Stage

Stir the kielbasa, shrimp, and chicken in the skillet. Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until the rice is tender.
