How to cook deliciously - Chocolate Lasagna
1. Stage
Line the bottoms of 2 greased 8x8-in. baking pans with parchment; grease paper. In 2 separate bowls, prepare brownie mixes according to package directions, adding 1 additional egg to each. Pour into prepared pans. Bake according to package directions. Cool completely in pans on wire racks. Remove from pans; remove paper.

For filling, in a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until light and fluffy, 4-5 minutes. Beat in vanilla. Gradually beat in confectioners' sugar until blended. Gradually beat in whipping cream until light and fluffy.

Using a long serrated knife, cut each brownie horizontally in half. Place 1 layer on a serving plate. Spread one-fourth of the filling over the first layer. Repeat 3 times. Refrigerate while making ganache.
4. Stage
For ganache, place chocolate in a small bowl. In a small saucepan, bring cream just to a boil. Pour over chocolate; stir with a whisk until smooth. Cool slightly, stirring occasionally. Drizzle over top of chocolate lasagna. Sprinkle with chocolate shavings. Refrigerate until serving.
