1. 1 cup butter, softened -
2. 1 cup packed brown sugar -
3. 1/2 cup sugar -
4. 2 large eggs, room temperature -
5. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract -
6. 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour -
7. 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon -
8. 1 teaspoon baking soda -
9. 1/4 teaspoon salt -
10. 3 cups old-fashioned oats -
11. 1/2 cup chopped dried apples -

How to cook deliciously - Apple Oatmeal Cookies

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350°F, then in a large bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy, for 5 to 7 minutes. Next, beat in the eggs and vanilla until well combined.

2. Stage

Add the flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt gradually to the creamed mixture and mix well. Stir in the oats and apples.

3. Stage

Once the dough is set, drop the cookies by rounded tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake them until they're golden brown along the edges, for 10 to 12 minutes.

Let the cookies stand for 1 minute before removing them to wire racks to cool.
