1. 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened -
2. 1/2 cup ranch salad dressing -
3. 1/2 cup sour cream -
4. 5 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese -
5. 2 cups shredded cooked chicken -
6. 1/2 cup Buffalo wing sauce -
7. 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided -
8. 1 green onion, sliced -
9. Tortilla chips and assorted fresh vegetables -

How to cook deliciously - Slow-Cooker Buffalo Chicken Dip

1. Stage

In a small bowl, blend the softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, sour cream and blue cheese crumbles. Transfer mixture to a 3-quart slow cooker. Editor's Tip: Take all the work out of this sauce, and make it with a hand mixer. You can also just use a fork, wooden spoon or spatula to whip it together.

2. Stage

Next, layer in the chicken, wing sauce and 1 cup of the cheddar cheese in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for two to three hours or until heated through. Uncover and sprinkle with the remaining 1 cup cheese and green onion. Serve with tortilla chips and vegetables.
