1. 4 ounces cream cheese, softened -
2. 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard -
3. 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese -
4. 3/4 cup diced fully cooked ham -
5. 1/2 cup minced fresh chives, divided -
6. 18 slices French bread (1/2 inch thick) -

How to cook deliciously - Cordon Bleu Appetizers

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350°. Beat cream cheese and mustard until smooth. Stir in Swiss cheese, ham and 1/4 cup chives. Spread about 1 tablespoon mixture over each bread slice; place in a 15x10x1-in. pan.

Bake until lightly browned, 12-15 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining chives.
