Ingredients for - Tuna Salad Sandwich
1. 1 (5- or 6-ounce) can tuna packed in olive oil, undrained -
2. 1/3 cup cottage cheese -
4. 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped -
5. 1 celery stalk, finely chopped (about 1/2 cup) -
6. 1 tablespoon capers -
8. A pinch or two fresh dill, chopped -
9. 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, minced -
11. 2 slices bread, lightly toasted -
12. Lettuce and sliced tomatoes (optional) -
How to cook deliciously - Tuna Salad Sandwich
1. Stage
Combine the ingredients: In a medium bowl, toss together the canned tuna, cottage cheese, mayonnaise, red onion, celery, capers, lemon juice, dill, parsley and Dijon mustard until combined.
2. Stage
