Ingredients for - Reuben Dip

1. 4 packages (2 ounces each) thinly sliced deli corned beef, finely chopped -
2. 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, cubed -
3. 1 can (8 ounces) sauerkraut, rinsed and drained -
4. 1 cup sour cream -
5. 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese -
6. 1/4 cup Thousand Island salad dressing, optional -
7. Rye bread or crackers -

How to cook deliciously - Reuben Dip

1. Stage

In a 1-1/2-quart slow cooker, combine the corned beef, cream cheese, sauerkraut, sour cream, Swiss cheese and optional Thousand Island dressing.

2. Stage

Cover the slow cooker, and cook on low for two hours, until the cheese is melted. Stir the Reuben Dip until blended, and serve it warm with rye bread, pretzels or crackers.
