1. 4 ounces cream cheese, softened -
2. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese -
3. 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped -
4. 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (6 ounces each) -
5. 1/2 teaspoon salt -
6. 1/2 teaspoon pepper -
7. 8 thick-sliced bacon strips -

How to cook deliciously - Jalapeno Popper Stuffed Chicken Breasts

1. Stage

Preheat air fryer to 375°. In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese and jalapeno. Cut a pocket horizontally in the thickest part of each chicken breast. Fill with cheese mixture. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Wrap 2 bacon strips around each chicken breast; secure with toothpicks.

2. Stage

In batches, place chicken on a greased tray in air-fryer basket, seam side down. Cook until a thermometer inserted into chicken reads 165°, 14-16 minutes, turning once. Let stand 5 minutes. Discard toothpicks before serving.
