Ingredients for - Curry Chicken Salad

1. 2 cups cubed cooked chicken breast -
2. 3/4 cup chopped apple -
3. 3/4 cup dried cranberries -
4. 3/4 cup mayonnaise -
5. 1/2 cup chopped walnuts -
6. 1/2 cup chopped celery -
7. 2 teaspoons lemon juice -
8. 1 tablespoon chopped green onion -
9. 1 teaspoon curry powder -
10. 6 lettuce leaves -
11. 6 croissants, split -

How to cook deliciously - Curry Chicken Salad

1. Stage

In a large bowl, add the mayonnaise, lemon juice, onion powder and curry powder. Then add the apple, onion, celery, walnuts and dried cranberries to the mix. Fold all the ingredients together.

2. Stage

Slice the croissants in half and put the lettuce leaves on one half of each croissant. Spoon a portion of the chicken salad on top of the lettuce leaves and place the other croissant halves.
