Ingredients for - Chicken Salad Croissants

1. 2/3 cup mayonnaise -
2. 1/2 cup dill pickle relish -
3. 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley -
4. 1 teaspoon lemon juice -
5. 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt -
6. 1/8 teaspoon pepper -
7. 2 cups cubed cooked chicken -
8. 1 cup cubed Swiss cheese -
9. 6 croissants, split -
10. Lettuce leaves -

How to cook deliciously - Chicken Salad Croissants

1. Stage

Assemble the ingredients and take out a mixing bowl. Mince or chop the parsley and add it to the bowl along with the mayonnaise, relish, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly.

2. Stage

Cube the chicken and Swiss cheese and add it to the bowl with the sauce. Using a spatula or large spoon, fold together all the ingredients. Editor’s Tip: If you want to melt the cheese a bit, it’s better to use a grater to shred it into finer pieces.

3. Stage

Slice the six croissants in half and line each with lettuce leaves. Spoon on a portion of the chicken salad and top with the other half of the croissant.
