1. 1/2 small ripe avocado, peeled -
2. 2 tablespoons mayonnaise -
3. 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice -
4. 2 tablespoons crumbled Gorgonzola cheese -
5. 4 slices Italian bread, toasted -
6. 1-1/2 cups fresh baby spinach -
7. 4 tomato slices -
8. 4 thick-sliced applewood smoked bacon strips, cooked -

How to cook deliciously - Loaded Avocado BLT

1. Stage

Mash avocado with a fork; stir in mayonnaise and lemon juice. Gently stir in cheese. Spread over all toast slices.

2. Stage

Top 2 slices of toast with spinach, tomato, bacon and remaining pieces of toast, avocado spread side down.
