2. Champagne vinegar 1 tablespoon
3. Romaine lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces 4 cups
4. Smoked turkey, cubed 8 ounces
5. Crumbled blue cheese 3 ounces
6. Avocado from Mexico, sliced (cut just before serving) 1 medium
7. Frozen corn, thawed ½ cup
8. Bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled 6 slices
9. Hard-boiled eggs, sliced 2
10. Thinly sliced scallions 6 tablespoons
11. Chives, finely chopped for topping 6 tablespoons
