1. Extra-virgin olive oil - 2 tablespoons
2. Champagne vinegar - 1 tablespoon
3. Romaine lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces - 4 cups
4. Smoked turkey, cubed - 8 ounces
5. Crumbled blue cheese - 3 ounces
6. Avocado from Mexico, sliced (cut just before serving) - 1 medium
7. Frozen corn, thawed - ½ cup
8. Bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled - 6 slices
9. Hard-boiled eggs, sliced - 2
10. Thinly sliced scallions - 6 tablespoons
11. Chives, finely chopped for topping - 6 tablespoons

1. Stage

Whisk together olive oil and Champagne vinegar.
