1. Feta cheese, crumbled ½ pound
2. Extra-virgin olive oil ⅓ cup
3. Julienned sun-dried tomatoes in oil 4 tablespoons
4. Garlic, minced 1 clove
5. Lemon juice ½ teaspoon
6. Ground black pepper ¼ teaspoon
7. Red pepper flakes ¼ teaspoon
8. Salt ⅛ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Baked Feta Spread with Sun-Dried Tomatoes

1 . Stage

Combine feta cheese, olive oil, sun-dried tomatoes (plus some of the oil), garlic, lemon juice, pepper, red pepper flakes, and salt in a large resealable plastic bag and allow to marinate for 1 hour at room temperature.

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).

Transfer ingredients to a small oven-proof stone dish or ramekin.
