1. Dry bow-tie pasta 8 ounces
2. Sweet Italian sausage, cut into 3/4-inch pieces 12 ounces
3. Thinly sliced onion 1 ½ cups
4. Thinly sliced red bell pepper 1 ½ cups
5. Thinly sliced green bell pepper 1 ½ cups
6. Thinly sliced yellow bell pepper 1 ½ cups
7. CONTADINA® Tomato Sauce 2 (15 ounce) cans
8. Dried oregano ½ teaspoon
9. Grated Parmesan cheese ¼ cup

1 . Stage

Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.

2 . Stage

Meanwhile, cook sausage and onion in large non-stick skillet until sausage is lightly browned. Drain if needed. Add peppers; cook 2 minutes, stirring frequently.

3 . Stage

Add tomato sauce and oregano. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes.

Stir in pasta and toss with Parmesan cheese.
