1. Cauliflower - 1 head
2. Garlic, peeled - 6 cloves
3. Plain yogurt - ¼ cup
4. Grated Parmesan cheese - ¼ cup
5. Chopped fresh parsley - 3 tablespoons
6. Extra-virgin olive oil - 3 tablespoons
7. Garlic powder - ¼ teaspoon
8. Garlic salt - ¼ teaspoon
9. Ground black pepper - ¼ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Creamy Mashed Cauliflower

1. Stage

Combine cauliflower and garlic cloves in a pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil; boil until cauliflower is tender, 10 to 15 minutes. Drain water.

2. Stage

Blend cauliflower and garlic in a food processor. Add yogurt, Parmesan, parsley, oil, garlic powder, garlic salt, and pepper and blend again. Adjust seasonings to individual taste.
