2. Hot sauce 1 tablespoon
3. Chicken tenders 1 ½ pounds
4. Pork rinds, crushed 2 (3.25 ounce) packages
5. Finely grated Parmesan cheese 3 ounces
6. Garlic powder 1 ½ teaspoons
7. Cantanzaro herbs (such as Savory Spice Shop®) or Italian seasoning ¾ teaspoon
8. Sweet smoked paprika ½ teaspoon

1 . Stage

Combine kefir and hot sauce in a shallow bowl. Add chicken tenders and marinate for 30 minutes to 1 hour, or longer if preferred.

Pour crushed pork rinds into a resealable shallow container. Mix in Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, cantanzaro herbs, and paprika.
