1. 3/4 c. (1 1/2 sticks) melted butter -
2. 1 c. (200 g.) granulated sugar -
3. 1/2 c. (100 g.) packed brown sugar -
4. 2 large eggs -
5. 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract -
6. 1 tsp. kosher salt -
7. 1/2 tsp. baking soda -
8. 2 1/4 c. (270 g.) all-purpose flour -
9. 1 1/2 c. cookies & cream candies, such as Hershey's, chopped and divided -
10. 1 1/2 c. Oreos, chopped and divided -

How to cook deliciously - Cookies 'N' Cream Blondies

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350°. Grease and line a 9"-x-13" pan with parchment, leaving a 2" overhang on all sides. 

2. Stage

In the bowl of an electric mixer, beat together melted butter and sugars until combined, then add eggs and vanilla and beat well, scraping down sides if necessary. Fold in baking soda and salt, then slowly add in flour, folding in until just combined. Fold in 1 cup each of chopped candies and chopped Oreos.

3. Stage

Spread batter evenly into prepared pan and top with remaining candies and cookies.

4. Stage

Bake blondies until the edges are just golden, 18-20 minutes. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes, then remove to a cooling rack and allow to cool completely before slicing.
