14. 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened -

16. 1 tablespoon grated orange zest, optional -
17. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract -
18. 2 cups confectioners' sugar -
19. 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped -

How to cook deliciously - Cranberry Bars with Cream Cheese Frosting

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350°F, then, in a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar together until the mixture is light and fluffy, which will take five to seven minutes. Next, gradually beat in the eggs, sour cream and extracts. Then, in a small bowl, whisk the flour, baking powder and salt, and then gradually beat this blend into the creamed mixture. Fold in the baking chips, cranberries and walnuts, and finally spread the batter into a greased 15- by- 10- by 1-inch baking pan.
