1. Scallops, rinsed and drained - 1 pound
2. Butter - 2 tablespoons
3. Green onion, minced - 1 bunch
4. Fresh mushrooms, sliced - 4 ounces
5. All-purpose flour - 2 tablespoons
6. Milk - 1 cup
7. Dry white wine - ½ cup
8. Salt - 1 teaspoon
9. Ground white pepper - 1 pinch
10. Shredded Swiss cheese - ½ cup
11. Chopped fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Creamy Scallop Chowder

1. Stage

Wash and drain scallops.

2. Stage

Melt butter in a small stock pot over medium-low heat. Sauté onions and mushrooms until tender.

Stir in flour. Pour in milk and stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly. Add wine, scallops, salt, and pepper. Cook over medium heat until thickened. Serve topped with Swiss cheese and parsley.
