Ingredients for - Curried Broccoli Salad

1. Plain fat-free Greek yogurt, or to taste - 1 cup
2. Mayonnaise - ¼ cup
3. Apple cider vinegar - ¼ cup
4. Madras curry powder - 2 tablespoons
5. Honey - 1 tablespoon
6. Onion Powder - ½ teaspoon
7. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - ½ teaspoon
8. Chopped broccoli - 6 cups
9. Dried currants - 1 ¼ cups
10. Roasted sunflower seeds - ½ cup

How to cook deliciously - Curried Broccoli Salad

1. Stage

Whisk Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, vinegar, curry powder, honey, onion powder, salt, and pepper together in a bowl. Taste and adjust seasonings to your flavor preference.

2. Stage

Combine broccoli, currants, and sunflower seeds in a large resealable container. Add 1 to 1 1/2 cups dressing. Cover and shake to coat. Reserve remaining dressing for another use.
