1. Stage
Mix together cream cheese, cheddar, Parm, garlic powder, and chives until light and fluffy, 2 to 3 minutes.
2. Stage
Pour mixture onto plastic wrap, wrap and form into a bowl. Refrigerate until firm, 2 hours.
3. Stage
Roll cheese ball in combination of black and white sesame seeds.
4. Stage
Using a spoon, make a circle on the upper portion of the ball. Using a knife, make a shallow seam across the middle of the ball.
