1. Cabbage, shredded 1 large head
2. Green bell pepper, diced 1
3. Onion, finely diced 1
4. Carrots, shredded 1 ½ large
5. White wine vinegar 1 cup
6. Vegetable oil 1 cup
7. White sugar 1 cup

1 . Stage

Combine cabbage, bell pepper, onion, and carrots in a large bowl.

2 . Stage

Whisk together vinegar, oil, and sugar in a medium bowl. Pour enough dressing over cabbage mixture to coat; mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 6 to 8 hours.

3 . Stage

Drain any excess liquid, toss, and serve cold.
