1. Cabbage, shredded - 1 large head
2. Green bell pepper, diced - 1
3. Onion, finely diced - 1
4. Carrots, shredded - 1 ½ large
5. White wine vinegar - 1 cup
6. Vegetable oil - 1 cup
7. White sugar - 1 cup

How to cook deliciously - Easy Coleslaw

1. Stage

Combine cabbage, bell pepper, onion, and carrots in a large bowl.

2. Stage

Whisk together vinegar, oil, and sugar in a medium bowl. Pour enough dressing over cabbage mixture to coat; mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 6 to 8 hours.

3. Stage

Drain any excess liquid, toss, and serve cold.
