3. Polenta - 1 cup
4. Salt to taste - 1 cup
5. Mashed butternut squash - 1 cup
6. Sour cream (Optional) - ½ cup
7. Grated Cheddar cheese (Optional) - ½ cup

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 2-quart casserole dish with cooking spray.
