Ingredients for - Easy Potato Cheese Soup

1. Water - 8 cups
2. Potatoes, peeled and sliced paper-thin - 6 large
3. Onion, chopped - 1
4. Celery, chopped, with leaves - 4 stalks
5. Salt and pepper to taste - 4 stalks
6. Half-and-half - 4 cups
7. Margarine - 2 tablespoons
8. Condensed cream of Cheddar cheese soup - 2 (11 ounce) cans

How to cook deliciously - Easy Potato Cheese Soup

1. Stage

In a large stock pot add water, potatoes, onion, celery and season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer until potatoes and vegetables are tender.

2. Stage

Once tender, mash soup with a potato masher, and add butter and cream.

3. Stage

Gradually bring mixture to a simmer. Add condensed cheese soup and blend. Serve while hot.
