How to cook deliciously - Fruit Pizza
1. Stage
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Pat the cookie dough into an ungreased 14-inch pizza pan. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, until the crust has reached a deep golden brown. Let the cookie crust cool.

In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and confectioners’ sugar until smooth. Fold in the thawed whipped topping.

Spread the prepared cream cheese frosting evenly over the cookie crust.

Arrange the fruit on top of the pizza.

In a saucepan, bring the sugar, orange juice, water, lemon juice, cornstarch and salt to a boil, stirring constantly for 2 minutes or until thickened. Let the sugar glaze cool.

Brush the sugar glaze over the fruit. Chill the fruit pizza in the fridge.
