1. 2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil -
2. 2 scallions, thinly sliced -
3. 2 tbsp. packed fresh cilantro leaves, chopped, plus more for serving -
4. 1 large garlic clove, minced -
5. 1 pinch kosher salt -
6. 2 store-bought naan (one 8-oz. package) -

How to cook deliciously - Garlicky Cilantro-Scallion Naan

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 425° and line a large baking sheet with foil. In a small bowl, mix oil with the scallions, cilantro, and garlic until well combined. Season with salt.

2. Stage

Arrange whole naan side by side on baking sheet and bake 5 minutes until top is crisp. Flip each naan and spoon scallion mixture evenly over top. Return to oven and bake 5 to 7 minutes more until golden and toasty. Sprinkle with remaining cilantro and serve.
