Ingredients for - Garlicky Steak & Mushroom Bites

1. 1 lb. sirloin steak, cut into 1" cubes -
2. 1/2 tsp. paprika -
3. Kosher salt -
4. Freshly ground black pepper -
5. 1/4 c. low-sodium soy sauce -
6. 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce -
7. 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard -
8. 1 tbsp. hot sauce -
9. 1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil -
10. 2 tbsp. butter -
11. 2 cloves garlic, minced -
12. 8 oz. baby bella mushrooms, sliced -
13. 2 tsp. fresh thyme -

How to cook deliciously - Garlicky Steak & Mushroom Bites

1. Stage

Season steak with paprika, salt, and pepper all over. Add soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and hot sauce to a resealable bag. Add steak and toss around to make sure steak is covered. Refrigerate for 2 hours. 

2. Stage

Remove steak from marinade and discard extra marinade. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Add steak and cook tossing around for 5 minutes. Remove from skillet. 

3. Stage

Return skillet over medium heat and melt butter. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, 1 minute. Add mushrooms and thyme and cook until mushrooms are golden, about 5 minutes. Return steak to skillet and toss to warm through.
