How to cook deliciously - Gochujang Kimchi Fried Rice

1. Stage

Remove the rice packet and sauce packet from the Korean-Style Gochujang Saute Pack. Pierce rice packet to vent and microwave on high for 45 to 60 seconds, until rice is softened.

2. Stage

Heat a medium nonstick skillet over medium-high. Add 1 tbsp. oil, vegetables from Korean-Style Gochujang Saute Pack, and kimchi, and cook, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are just starting to turn tender, about 2 minutes.

3. Stage

Add rice and cook, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender, about 3 minutes more. Stir in bacon, sauce from Korean-Style Gochujang Saute Pack, and sesame oil, and cook, tossing until sauce coats everything and is warmed through, about 1 minute more. Spoon fried rice mixture into two bowls.

4. Stage

Wipe out the skillet and return to medium heat. Add remaining tbsp. oil and crack two eggs in the skillet. Season each egg with a pinch of salt and a pinch of pepper. Cook until egg whites are set and yolks are still runny, about 3 minutes.

5. Stage

Using a spatula, remove eggs and place one egg over each bowl of fried rice. Top with sesame seeds and scallion and serve.
