1. Fresh pineapple - peeled, cored and cut into 1-inch rings 1
2. Melted butter 3 tablespoons
3. Honey ¼ teaspoon
4. Hot pepper sauce 1 dash
5. Salt to taste 1 dash

How to cook deliciously - Grilled Pineapple

1 . Stage

Place pineapple rings in a large resealable plastic bag. Add butter, honey, hot pepper sauce, and salt. Seal the bag and shake to coat evenly. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, or preferably overnight.

2 . Stage

Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil grate.

3 . Stage

Grill pineapple rings until heated through and grill marks appear, 2 to 3 minutes per side.
