5. Shredded carrots - 1 cup
6. Water - ¼ cup
7. Grated orange zest - 2 tablespoons
8. Rolled oats - 2 cups
9. All-purpose flour - 2 cups
10. Baking soda - 1 teaspoon
11. Salt - ½ teaspoon
12. Ground nutmeg - ½ teaspoon
13. Ground cinnamon - ½ teaspoon

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease baking sheets.
