Cooking
1 . Stage
In a large bowl, cream the butter and 1/3 cup confectioner's sugar until light and fluffy. Add the vanilla extract.
2 . Stage
In a separate bowl, combine the flour, ground pecans, 1/2 cup ground chocolate, cinnamon and salt; mix well.
3 . Stage
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the creamed mixture.
4 . Stage
Wrap dough in plastic wrap and chill 1 to 2 hours, or until firm.
5 . Stage
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (180 degrees C).
6 . Stage
Shape the dough into 1-inch balls. Place balls 1 inch apart on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake 15 to 18 minutes, or until the cookies are firm to the touch. Cool 1 minute on the baking sheet, then transfer to a wire rack.
7 . Stage
For the coating, sift 1/2 cup of the confectioner's sugar and 1/4 cup of the ground cocoa into a shallow bowl. While cookies are still warm, roll them in the coating.

1 . Rub chicken evenly with 1/2 the fajita seasoning. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat, and cook the chicken 8 minutes on each side, or until juices run clear; set aside.
2 . In a large saucepan, mix beans, corn, salsa and other 1/2 of fajita seasoning. Heat over medium heat until warm.
3 . Prepare the salad by tossing the greens, onion and tomato. Top salad with chicken and dress with the bean and corn mixture.
1 . Mix the tomato juice, beef consomme, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, hot pepper sauce, celery salt, and black pepper together in a pitcher; chill.
1 . Mix ground beef, onion, green pepper, egg, ketchup, and sea salt together in a bowl; mix in white bread pieces until evenly distributed. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
2 . Spray a large skillet with olive oil cooking spray and set over medium heat. Cook the burgers until well-browned on the bottoms, about 10 minutes; flip the burgers and cook until the meat is no longer pink and the juices run clear, 8 to 10 more minutes.
1 . Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Stir in ground beef, ground lamb, onion, pine nuts, cinnamon, and salt and black pepper. Cook and stir until meat is crumbly, evenly browned, and no longer pink. Drain and discard any excess grease.
2 . Stir in lemon juice. Taste and adjust the seasonings. Let the meat mixture cool.
3 . Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
4 . Roll out thawed pastry sheets to about 1/8 inch thick. Using a sharp 3-inch round cookie cutter, cut out at least 9 rounds per sheet. Lightly brush the inside edges with a little water, and place about 2 teaspoons of filling into the middle of each round. Fold the pastry round in half to cover the filling and seal the edges well. Transfer to the prepared baking sheet and repeat with the remaining dough circles.
5 . Brush each pie with a little egg wash. Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, 15 to 20 minutes.
1 . Mix black beans, corn, tomatoes, avocado, onion, and garlic together in a large bowl. Squeeze the juice of one fresh lime in the bowl. Add olive oil, chili sauce, cumin, cayenne, salt, and pepper. Give it a good mix and enjoy right away or refrigerate overnight.
1 . Place thawed dough into a bowl; cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled in volume, about 1 hour.
2 . Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
3 . Roll dough into a rectangle, then brush with beaten egg and arrange pepperoni over top. Sprinkle mozzarella, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning over pepperoni. Roll dough over fillings like a jelly roll and pinch the seam to seal. Place dough, seam-side down, onto the prepared baking sheet.
4 . Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 40 minutes.
5 . Use a bread knife to cut loaf into slices of your desired size.
1 . Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2 . Cream brown sugar, white sugar, butter, and shortening together in a medium bowl. Beat in peanut butter, eggs, and vanilla.
3 . Combine flour, baking soda, salt, and ground ginger, and stir into the creamed mixture. Finally, stir in rolled oats and candied ginger.
4 . Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto an unprepared cookie sheet.
5 . Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from the baking sheet to cool on wire racks. Store in an airtight container when cool.
1 . Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Mix crumbs and butter together in a bowl; press mixture into the bottom of a silver 9-inch springform pan. (If using a dark, nonstick 9-inch springform pan, only preheat the oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).)
2 . Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven; leave the oven on.
3 . Beat cream cheese, sugar, flour, and vanilla in a large bowl with an electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Mix in sour cream until incorporated. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition just until blended. Pour over the crust.
4 . Bake until the center is almost set, about 70 minutes. Remove from the oven and run a knife or metal spatula around the rim of the pan to loosen. Let cool for 1 to 3 hours. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
5 . Top cheesecake with pie filling before serving. Store leftover cheesecake in the refrigerator.
1 . Put the chicken wings in the ActiFry. Close the lid.
2 . Leave to cook for 12 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
3 . If you wish to add a sauce (barbecue) or spices (paprika, Cajun, etc), add 1 or 2 ActiFry spoons 5 minutes before the end of cooking time.
1 . Mix sugar with water and put on low heat, stirring constantly, dissolve the sugar, then add the orange peels and cook until soft for about 30 minutes.
2 . Remove the candied orange from the syrup and roll in sugar, then spread on parchment and let them dry.
3 . Bon Appetit!!!
4 . Remove and peel the white part. Strip and soak in cold water for 2 hours.
1 . Stir together oats, almond milk, and Greek yogurt in a bowl. Mix in strawberries, honey, and chia seeds until well combined. Spoon mixture into 3 glass jars with lids.
2 . Refrigerate the jars overnight to allow the oats to soften. Serve cold in the morning.
1 . Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
2 . Arrange waffle fries in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet.
3 . Bake in the preheated oven until light golden in color, 12 to 20 minutes.
4 . Meanwhile, cook and stir ground beef in a large skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain excess grease. Stir in taco seasoning and cook for 1 to 2 minutes more.
5 . Transfer baked fries to a 9x13-inch baking pan. Spread ground beef evenly over fries. Cover beef with cheese.
6 . Return to the oven until cheese has melted, about 5 minutes.
7 . Remove from the oven and garnish with tomatoes, olives, jalapenos, and lettuce. Dollop sour cream and guacamole on top.
